Computer Integrated Protection and Monitoring Device

1. Scope of Application
GTR-841 integrated measuring and control device for power plant, substation automation system, provide a complete measurement and control functions. It can be achieved in two groups of 
current voltage measurement. It can be used for plant (station) transformer, low voltage inlet line (400V),
measurement and control.

Main Features
a. 4U standard aluminum chassis, combination of plug-in structure, after the plug case, each functional module design alone, strong and weak electricity are completely separated, strong anti-interference ability, convenient field maintenance;

b. Multi-CPU intelligent card design, binary input and output plug-ins to achieve real-time complete self-test; can be detected in each relay coil;

c. Based on CANBUS bus link between plug-ins, reduce the connection between plug-ins, bad real time detection;

d. Double 32-bit computer system, the redundant system; protection function using the 32 bits floating-point DSP processor produced by the Dezhou Instrument Company, program and data in the chip operation; fast operation speed, high reliability;

e. Man-machine interface, network communication and other management functions by Philips Company produced 32 bits ARM MCU, fast speed, big storage capacity on-chip, strong ability of network interface;

f. 16 bits AD sampling, high measuring precision; weekly wave 48 points sampling, strong harmonic processing capability;

g. Protection module using computer assisted graphical interface design is convenient for the secondary development and functional modification of the products, flexible and quick
engineering design;

h. Use 192*64 monochrome graphic LCD, Chinese interface menu; the flexibility to choose double Ethernet and dual 485 interface;

i. Can save at least 500 recent incidents report and operation reports;

j. Man-machine management module using real-time multitasking operating system, interface and network tasks such as good real-time;

k. Can store 10 sets of protection setting value, double value zone self-test and mutual combination, setting change safety and convenient.

l. Based on electric power industry standard DL / T667-1999 (IEC 60870-5-103) standard
communication protocol, and convenient with microcomputer monitoring or protect management computer network communication.

3.3 Environment Condition
a. Environment temperature:
Work: -25ºC~+55ºC
Storage: -25ºC ~ +70ºC , relative humidity of not more than 80%, the ambient air does not
contain acidic, alkaline or other corrosive and explosive gases prevent rain, snow indoor;
the limit without applying excitation volume, device is not irreversible change in
appearance, device can work normally after the temperature recovery.

b. Relative humidity: Most of the wet mean monthly maximum relative humidity is 90%, and the monthly mean minimum temperature is 25ºC and the surface without gel. When the maximum temperature is +40ºC, the average maximum humidity is not more than 50%.
